Series 1

Episode 1

There are only 10 weeks until the end of the winter rock lobster hunting season. It's the lobstermen's last chance to put money in the bank before the season re-opens in spring.

Episode 2

Squizzy, Skipper of Bold Contender, is under pressure to fill a special order of 600 brindle lobsters. Plus, Ansons Bay is dead in the water - its engine has stopped working.

Episode 3

Skipper Squizzy has been working around the clock to fill a new order of 200 kilograms of brindle lobsters. Squizzy and Tabor are fatigued - and that's when things can get deadly.

Episode 4

In the Bass Strait, Skipper Danny is using a depth sounder to locate the shallow reef bottoms because that's where the giant red lobsters are feeding.

Episode 5

The Barralee is gearing-up to head back out to Maatsuyker Island. Skipper Danny, captain of the William Norling, is inching closer and closer to his target.

Episode 6

A new boat has joined the fleet. Peter MacKenzie is skipper of the Triton. He's already caught two and a half tonnes of lobster this season and he's heading back out for more.

Episode 7

The winter season is entering its final few weeks. The price of lobsters is north of 100 dollars per kilo, and a bunch of new boats are out trying to capitalise on the high price.

Episode 8

Skipper Peter has a reputation for finding big money fish, but it's the tail end of the winter season and pickings are slim.

Episode 9

The Bold Contender is motoring south to Port Davey for one last roll of the dice but Skipper Squizzy won't be the only boat out there. Glenn, Skipper of Ansons Bay, is also fishing in the same area.

Episode 10

The winter lobster-hunting season closes in two days' time. Only three boats in the fleet of six are still at it - the Triton, the Bold Contender and Ansons Bay.
