Series 2

Episode 1

The novice chefs are shuttled into Hell's Kitchen for the first time. The atmosphere is frantic as Chef Ramsay orders them straight into the kitchen to prepare their signature dishes.

Episode 2

To make sure the aspiring chefs understand exactly how much food was thrown out in the previous night's service, chef Ramsay orders them into the dumpsters to learn a crucial lesson about waste.

Episode 3

Each four-person team must cook three entrees from the existing menu but there's a twist! Only one team member will be allowed in the kitchen for five minutes at a time including 15 seconds to relay information to the next contestant.

Episode 4

Chef Ramsay takes the competitors on a field trip to visit one of the most successful restaurants in Los Angeles before informing them that in two short hours Hell's Kitchen will open for lunch for the first time.

Episode 5

The Red Team have one more chef than the Blue but infighting is threatening to destroy them.

Episode 6

The contestants are taken to Los Angeles’ Grand Central Market. They have twenty minutes to shop for fresh ingredients and must create a three course meal.

Episode 7

The contestants’ speculations prove correct when Chef Ramsay combines all of them into one team. The final five proudly change into their black jackets in preparation for a test which Chef Ramsay gives regularly to prospective employees.

Episode 8

In this episode's challenge, each competitor must run their very own restaurant! The winner of this challenge will win the most significant prize yet - a guaranteed spot in the final three.

Episode 9

All contestants begin this episode on equal footing, but Chef Ramsay's challenge where each competitor must expedite at the pass soon sorts the wheat from the chaff.

Episode 10

The contestants sample a dish which they must recreate by taste alone for the next challenge. Only Virginia has the fish, puree and grapefruit sauce spot on. She is rewarded with a private cooking lesson from Chef Ramsay.
