Series 3

Episode 1

Twelve aspiring chefs, from all walks of life, each with a dream of running their own restaurant, head into the one-of-a-kind Hell's Kitchen, a fine dining restaurant with two fully working kitchens.

Episode 2

In this episode, the teams must catch their own fish to participate in the Dover Sole challenge. Dover Sole is one of the most expensive fish on the market, and the hardest to prepare, because of its tough skin and abundant roe.

Episode 3

In this episode's challenge the teams must prepare breakfast for 100 military personnel. Aaron passes out and has to be rushed to hospital. He can no longer return to Hell's Kitchen and is out of the competition.

Episode 4

Both teams face a blind taste test. Each team member takes a turn tasting three items whilst blindfolded and wearing headphones. At dinner service, Chef Ramsay tells the aspiring chefs that the customer comment cards will determine the winning team.

Episode 5

The contestants host a wedding reception. The challenge is a tasting menu. The teams have 100 dollars to buy groceries for three dishes. However elimination does not run smoothly - Chef Ramsay has a surprise in store.

Episode 6

The Blue Team face extra challenges in the dinner service with new member Melissa and the delivery of lobsters to contend with. A battle ensues as the Blue Team are in the nomination round again and must decide between them who is up for elimination.

Episode 7

Chef Ramsay tells the remaining chefs that they need to raise their game to the next level. The challenge is a test he gives every chef who works for him. Each team has 30 minutes to create three dishes from a tray of leftover ingredients.

Episode 8

The five competitors are now playing individually and will be cooking for a group of 'trendsetters'. Whoever has the best dish will be rewarded with a trip to the place of the grand prize, Green Valley Ranch, with Gordon Ramsay.

Episode 9

The three chefs meet chef Ramsay's greatest mentor, his mum. For the challenge, each contestant must turn a homemade comfort food into a gourmet dish. Chef Ramsay also brings in some special judges, the mothers of the final three.

Episode 10

The finalists get to create their dream restaurant and Chef Ramsay surprises them with a trip to the Green Valley Ranch Resort where one of them will soon be the Head Chef. Also, as their final challenge they have to cook for seven VIP judges.

Episode 11

In the series finale, both finalists must lead their teams and teach them their menus. Finally with dinner service over, the finalists face chef Ramsay. Who will win Hell's Kitchen?
