Gordon's in the USA, and both teams battle it out in an elevated chicken wings challenge that awards the winner the coveted punishment pass plus, but a shocking twist awaits.

3. Clawing Your Way to the Top

The teams face off to prepare the most lobsters in line with Chef Ramsay's standards, but things get no easier in what proves to be an explosive service.

4. Slipping Down to Hell

The chefs go head-to-head in a merciless Slip and Slide competition, where one chef's knowledge of cuisine is called into question.

5. Breakfast 911

The teams are tasked with serving a tasty breakfast for a group of first responders, firefighters and EMTs, to win a Hollywood Hills celebration.

6. Til' Chef Do Us Part

Series 20 winner Trenton Garvey and his soon-to-be-wife Macee visit and challenge the contestants to create their upcoming wedding menu.

7. Wok This Way

The chefs are put to the test when Gordon and special guest Stephanie Izard challenge them to make a perfect dish using only a wok to do so.

8. Game On!

The chefs step up to compete one-on-one in an ingredient game show where contestants can choose an ingredient... or sabotage their rivals' efforts.

9. Putting the Carne in Carnival

The competition gets fierce when the final ten chefs compete for a grand advantage at HK Carne-Val in a series of carnival games.

10. Everyone's Taco'ing About It

The final nine chefs create elevated tacos with various proteins that are judged by Gordon and special guest Danny Trejo.

11. 21st Annual Blind Taste Test

The chefs face the ultimate test of their palates, and Will and Grace star Eric McCormack attends the latest dinner service.

12. What in Hell's Kitchen?

The final seven chefs compete in several challenges to earn their coveted black jackets... but there are only five black jackets to hand out, so two of them will be eliminated.

13. The Fab Five Take Flight

The black jacket final five are challenged to cook dishes with ingredients from different cities for guest chef Michael Cimarusti.

14. Lights, Camera, Sabotage!

The final four chefs create stunning seafood dishes for a magazine and are tested with sabotages by Chef Ramsay at dinner service.
