There's an exciting new development at the hotel this week as El Jefe sets up a customer services desk, and it's not long before its put into action.

It's all change on the White Isle this week as El Jefe's ban on rep romances starts to take effect, while Callum is still reeling from Chloe's shock departure.

Episode 9

There's a fresh face in the hotel as David's new recruit Nicola joins the team. Callum is faced with a tough test when old flame Catherine arrives as a guest.

Episode 10

As the season draws to a close, new assistant head rep Savvas is starting to make his mark, though he's already made quite an impression on Nicola. Just a pity she's a rep.
