Episode 1

A severed hand washes up on a Shetland beach, with further body parts discovered in a holdall that has been dumped at sea. Perez and the team begin a complex murder investigation.

Episode 2

A gruesome discovery at the Hayes house changes the course of the investigation. Perez establishes the probable cause for Daniel's murder and his sister Zezi's disappearance.

Episode 3

Sandy is starting to feel the heat...Convinced that McGuire is the key to cracking the investigation, Perez decides to travel to Glasgow in an attempt to track him down.

Episode 4

Perez is convinced Zezi is being held on Shetland. The team ramp up the pressure on their remaining leads. Personally, Perez finds himself in turmoil after his kiss with Alice.

Episode 5

The shocking discovery of Nikki’s body intensifies the search for Zezi. Perez feels that time is slipping away. A desperate Olivia tries to get information from Jamie Hayes.l.
