1. Pilot

New Cloud 9 superstore employee Jonah makes a terrible impression to floor supervisor Amy on his first day working there.

2. Magazine Profile

A reporter comes to Cloud 9 to do an article on the store location for the intra-company magazine but seems more interested in Jonah.

3. Shots and Salsa

Glenn asks Amy and Mateo to work the salsa sample booth and offends Amy, and Jonah makes an insensitive mistake at the pharmacy.

4. Mannequin

Jonah is struggling to fit in at the store, and matters get worse when Amy and Garrett make fun of him after finding a lookalike mannequin.

5. The Shoplifter

Amy dodges store rules by taking her daughter Emma to work, and Dina tracks down a shoplifter who may actually be innocent.

6. The Secret Shopper

Amy becomes competitive with Jonah when he gets a perfect score on a company test, and Cloud 9 is on the hunt for a secret shopper.

7. Colour Wars

An annual Cloud 9 contest pits two halves of the store against each other as the red team and the gold team in a sales battle.

8. Wedding Day Sale

Cloud 9 holds their annual Wedding Day Sale and Cheyenne and Bo shop for their upcoming wedding, only for Bo to flee unexpectedly.

9. All Nighter

A late night of hanging signs becomes an all-nighter when the doors are locked, causing the Cloud 9 employees to come out of their shells.

10. Demotion

Amy helps Glenn search for a new assistant manager after Dina steps down to pursue Jonah, but she does not want the job herself.

11. Labour

When Cheyenne goes into labour while working, Glenn tries to get around Cloud 9's non-paid maternity leave policy by suspending her.
