It's March 2020, and the pandemic is beginning to hit as Amy and Jonah prepare to move to Los Angeles. The staff soon begin to feel the impact of Covid.

2. California, Part 2

The Cloud 9 employees prepare a send-off for two of their own. Meanwhile, Dina searches for a new best friend and Mateo and Glenn plan a video tribute.

3. Floor Supervisor

Jonah throws his hat into the ring for the floor supervisor position, which Dina isn't happy about. Plus, Garrett tries to prove he has known true love before.

4. Prize Wheel

Dina gets the chance to run the store on the day of Cloud 9's In-store-vaganza. Plus, Garrett and Cheyenne search for a mysterious smell.

5. Hair Care Products

The employees are forced to address systemic racism in the store. Meanwhile, Glenn does all that he can to right the store's many wrongs.

6. Biscuit

Glenn returns from quarantine to resume store manager duties, but will Dina cede her power to him? Jonah and Mateo are uneasy about helping Sandra with her sick cat.

7. The Trough

Mateo, Glenn and Sandra try to help Glenn move on after Amy. Cheyenne is forced to shadow Carol for the day, and Garrett helps Dina find a secret location in the store.

Jonah finds himself in trouble with Sandra when her son starts working at the store. Garrett is thrust into the middle of Dina's relationship with Brian the vet.

Carol's lawyer arrives at Cloud 9 to depose the employees. Mateo asks Sandra to help him hide the details of his work arrangement, while Garrett's behaviour concerns Dina.

On the day of the store's first deep clean since the start of the pandemic, Glenn plans a party, Dina needs Cheyenne's help, and Jonah sees Mateo struggling.

12. Customer Satisfaction

Jeff returns, keen to promote customer satisfaction surveys. Meanwhile, Mateo needs Garrett's help, and Jonah tries to build Sandra's confidence.

13. Lowell Anderson

The employees struggle to accommodate the bold ideas of the Cloud 9 founder's son. Meanwhile, Jonah and Sandra use social media to investigate bad news.

14. Perfect Store

The employees get their hands on some worrying inside information and do all that they can to make the store seem perfect - if only for one day.

15. All Sales Final

In the final episode of the award-winning comedy, the employees celebrate the past, present and future of Cloud 9 and look back at their favourite memories.
