Series 2

1. Falling

Brenda impresses Malcolm with her knowledge of birds. Malcolm is in danger of losing his job. Pamela is depressed and thinking of getting another job.

2. Dancing

Pamela needs cheering up - she is depressed about her work, her future prospects in love, even her appearance. So Brenda and Malcolm invite her to Jumpers disco along with a reluctant Terry.

3. Visiting 1

Brenda is not convinced by Malcolm's weak attempts to cancel their visit to Hilbre and her overnight stay at the Stoneway house. She arrives in Moels to spend the night with an unexpected visitor.

4. Visiting 2

Malcolm and Brenda have been separated for some time. They are getting on everyone's nerves and an attempt at re-uniting them fails. They meet unexpectedly in Malcolm's lunch hour and agree to start again.

6. Dining

Malcolm is planning a very special evening. He needs a swish venue for his dinner date and seeks advice. The meal is a birthday treat for Brenda.

7. Moving

Brenda sees Malcolm lunching with Susan Roberts, and suspects he is two timing her. David Lynch finds Brenda a job in London. Malcolm offers to buy her ticket if she promises to come back for a weekend.
