Series 1

Episode 1

Comedy. When a zombie apocalypse is unleashed in Birmingham, sisters Kat and Jo plan to escape the hordes by commandeering a narrowboat, while friends Sunny and Amar run into trouble at the train station as they attempt to return to London.

Episode 2

Kat and Jo face a tense stand-off with Amar and Sunny, and it soon becomes clear that their narrowboat journey is not going to be plain sailing. Kat is determined to meet up with her online friend, while Jo tries to contact her ex-boyfriend.

Episode 3

Amar realises they are back at the hotel the boys stayed at for the stag party and insists that they go in and check on their mates. Jo is left in charge of Dorothy, but the lure of a hot shower in the hotel leaves the boat in a vulnerable position.

Episode 4

Amar and Jo encounter trouble when they head to a nearby supermarket to stock up on supplies, while Sunny and Kat find they have more in common than they both initially thought.

Episode 5

The gang come across another boat blocking their way and end up splitting up, but run into trouble when Dorothy runs out of fuel. Meanwhile, the latest news coverage reveals the origin of the outbreak.

Episode 6

The gang make it to the edge of Birmingham, but are stopped by officials who want to send them to an evacuation centre. Jo's ex-boyfriend Rob turns up, on the hunt for someone who could hold the key to stopping the outbreak.
