It’s almost been a year since Ben Haenow won The X Factor and it’s safe to say he’s literally living the dream.

After swapping his van and the streets of Croydon for platinum selling single Something I Need and a recording studio in Los Angeles, Ben still can’t believe he was crowned 2014’s champ.

Ben applied for The X Factor last year. He survived the Room Auditions, Arena performance, Boot Camp and Judges' Houses to make it to the live shows.

A few months later he duetted with Ed Sheeran and was crowned the winner of The X Factor 2014.

He ended the year with his debut single the Christmas Number One.
