Severn Trent releases video apology after contaminated tap water affects homes

Severn Trent have released a video apology to homes affected by dangerous levels of chlorine.

Almost 3,700 homes in Derbyshire and Leicestershire were affected from Friday by contaminated tap water.

Residents were told not to use the tap water and instead used bottled water.

Severn Trent have now said they can use their water supply again.
