Appeal for witnesses after armed robbery at Bolton jewellers

Police are appealing for witnesses after an armed robbery at a jewellers in Greater Manchester.

Three men wearing ski masks entered Michael Roberts Jewellers in Bolton armed with knives earlier this month.

One of the men threatened members of staff, ordering them not to move, whilst the other two started grabbing cash and jewellery from the store.

They left with a significant amount of cash and jewellery before driving away in a van, which was later found abandoned.

The van had been previously stolen from an address in Farnworth in April.
