A meeting in Berlin on Monday night saw European leaders including Sir Keir Starmer set out conditions for any peace deal with Russia.

President Donald Trump said he believed peace was "closer now than we have been ever" after talking with Volodymyr Zelenskyy and other European leaders.

Questions surrounding terrority including the future of Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region and the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant remain.
