Royal Collection Trust staff have prepared the historic castle, embellishing the State Apartments with Christmas displays.

Police have confirmed that a property inside the security fence was broken into where two vehicles were stolen.

Two men scaled a 6ft fence at night and used a stolen truck to break through a security gate at the royal venue, according to a national newspaper.
