New homes for Middlehaven site

Brand new homes have been built on the Middlehaven site in Middlesbrough as a key part of the regeneration of the area.

The scheme hopes to attract entrepreneurial people and help create an exciting new urban quarter in Middlesbrough.

It is a joint venture between Middlesbrough Council and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).

There are nine two bedroom homes sitting alongside the Urban Park, at the heart of the Middlehaven site.

They are live/work units which means not only do they offer affordable accommodation but they are designed for new enterprises to flourish.
