The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are visiting Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly over the next two days.
This morning the couple were visiting the Wave Project - an organisation that uses surfing to reduce anxiety in young people and improve their mental health.
The royals took to Towan Beach in Newquay to see how the project worked and to meet some of the young people involved.
