Two men arrested on suspicion of murder after man found dead in Trowbridge garden

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of another man in Trowbridge.

Officers were called to reports of disorder at a property on Whiterow Park at around 9.30pm on Monday 25 August.

A 39-year-old man, who was found in the back garden, died at the scene.

A 61-year-old man from Trowbridge and a 46-year-old man from Hilperton have been arrested.

A spokesperson from Wiltshire Police said: "There is not thought to be any ongoing threat to the public.

"A cordon is in place and officers will remain in the area. We would like to thank the local community for their patience while enquiries continue.

"Investigators would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time who may have witnessed what took place.

"We would also like to hear from anyone who may have doorbell or dash cam footage taken yesterday evening.
