Gritters working throughout the day told ITV West Country they are expecting more ice tonight and tomorrow morning.
Steve Bayley, Network Manager for Cormac, said: "There's been one or two incidents but overall the conditions are alright in Cornwall, we are making sure the roads are as clear as they can be.
"People need to be really careful on their morning trip because of the icy conditions overnight."
Drivers are also being advised to "amend travel plans if necessary" as the plummeting temperatures could make for dangerous driving conditions.
Forecasters have added that bus and train services may also be impacted.
