Tristram Hunt tells teachers' group to 'stop moaning'

Shadow education secretary Tristram Hunt has come under fire after telling a teachers' group to "stop moaning" on Twitter.

During a Twitter exchange, Hunt was asked where Labour's education policy could be found and he duly pointed Twitter follower Thomas Mann in the right direction.

However, Mann appeared unsatisfied with the website he was pointed to and said it "only contains soundbites".

But it was Hunt's response that got people talking:
