Martin Eadon is a former pro-cyclist and now looks after the Team Matrix Fitness riders. As the team Soigneur - from the French for the "one who provides care" - he is responsible for feeding, clothing, massaging and escorting the riders. He's from the East Midlands and he's a sporadic tweeter too.
Rich Meadows, from Middlesbrough, is the team mechanic. Like Martin, he's a former pro-cyclist and is now responsible for making sure all the bikes run smoothly.
Stefan Wyman is a former pro-cyclist and is now the Matrix Fitness Team Manager. His job covers everything from securing sponsorship, to getting bottles of water for the riders. He also updates the team Instagram page with lots of behind-the-scenes pictures and likes to tweet from his own account too.
There's also an official Women's Tour twitter feed for all the very latest out on the road.
Final team selection for the Women's Tour may not happen until the days leading up to the race, so all of the riders are constantly competing against each other for a spot on the team. Whatever the line-up, they know they will be up against the best teams in the world.
