Change + Check is back!
Will you pledge to check your breasts on our Lorraine Check-O-Meter?
Now in its 8th year, ITV Lorraine's life-saving Change + Check campaign has helped over 250 women - and one man - catch their breast cancer early, including Davina McCall. This year we're targeting the UK's worst-checking areas with one simple mission: get the whole of Britain checking their B(*)(*)BS!
A third of us never check our breasts, with the East Midlands the worst offenders. Early diagnosis saves lives which is exactly why Change + Check is back, to help turn that around.
We’re unveiling the new interactive ‘Check-O-Meter’, which will roll out in 100 ASDA stores nationwide, to encourage shoppers to pledge themselves regularly.

Change + Check was founded in 2019 by Lorraine and Helen Addis MBE, placing stickers in changing rooms across the country and since then, the campaign has been a vital force in destigmatising conversations around breast cancer.
The Change + Check sticker is now officially supporting the NHS to increase early diagnosis of breast cancer after the advice was approved by senior NHS clinicians. With this seal of approval, people can be assured that the advice featured is verified and accurate, reflecting advice that would be given by the NHS.
