Remember Monday: Country-pop girl group named UK's 2025 Eurovision act
The country music group will sing What The Hell Just Happened? at the competition in May
Girl group Remember Monday has been announced as the UK's 2025 Eurovision act with the song What The Hell Just Happened?
The country music girl group, made up of Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull, and Charlotte Steele, previously competed on The Voice UK in 2019, where they were eliminated before the final of the competition.
They will take to the Eurovision stage in May in Basel, Switzerland, where they will look to get a better result than the UK's previous two years.
Olly Alexander, who rose to fame as the lead singer of the English pop band Years & Years, came 18th in Sweden's Malmo in 2024.
Mae Muller's I Wrote A Song in 2023 landed a second-last place at Liverpool.
Remember Monday has released a number of tracks since appearing on The Voice, including their EP Crazy Anyway, which came out last October.
The Grand Final of Eurovision will take place in St Jakobshalle on May 17, with the semi-finals taking place on May 13 and 15.
