Andrew, Donald Trump and Harvey Weinstein on FBI 'prominent names' list in Epstein files

New files suggest Andrew was on an FBI shortlist of “prominent names” flagged during the bureau's investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, as GMB's Ashna Hurynag reports

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, Donald Trump and Harvey Weinstein were included on a list of "prominent names" in an FBI presentation related to the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring, new documents show.

The presentation was believed to have been given by the FBI in 2025, and contains key details of the case, including a timeline, search warrants and some financial details.

It also includes a list of prominent figures with links to Epstein and the paedophile billionaire's former associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently in prison for offences including child sex trafficking.

Many allegations made about the high-profile names are of a sexual nature. However, these claims are all unverified.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor

A subheading for "Prince Andrew", who lost his last remaining royal titles last year over the Epstein scandal, is included on the list.

The following claims are made about the disgraced former royal:

  • [Redacted] stated Maxwell told her to make Prince Andrew happy by doing "exact same things to him that she did for Epstein because he is good friends with Maxwell."

  • [IT contractor] Steve Scully witnessed Prince Andrew on Epstein's Island grinding against a young girl.

  • [Redacted] stated Prince Andrew and Epstein flew on Epstein's plane and had orgies.

Andrew has vehemently denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein and has previously said he “did not see, witness or suspect any behaviour of the sort that subsequently led to his arrest and conviction".

ITV News has approached Andrew for comment.

It comes after emails released by the Department of Justice (DoJ) as part of its latest document dump suggest that an infamous photo showing Andrew standing with his arm around the waist of prominent Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre is real.

The former Duke of York had previously questioned the validity of the image of him with Ms Giuffre, formerly known as Virginia Roberts.

Ms Giuffre sued the former royal, claiming he sexually assaulted her when she was 17 after she was trafficked by Epstein.

The former royal went on to pay millions to settle a civil sexual assault case against Ms Giuffre – a woman he claimed never to have met.

While Andrew settled the lawsuit without any admission of guilt or wrongdoing, his involvement in the scandal has continued to be a great source of embarrassment to the royal family.

It eventually led to Andrew being cast out as a working royal, and this week, he left his home on the Windsor Estate, having been ordered to leave the Royal Lodge last year.

On Thursday, Andrew's brother, King Charles III, was heckled by a member of the public during a visit to Dedham, Essex.

The King made no response as the man asked: "Charles, Charles, have you pressurised the police to start investigating Andrew?"

Buckingham Palace has pointed to its statement issued in October last year saying that Charles and Queen Camilla "wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse".

Serious claims are made about other people in the FBI's presentation, including:

Donald Trump

A woman whose name has been redacted claims Epstein "introduced her to Trump who subsequently forced her head down to his exposed penis which is subsequently bite [sic]", the document claims.

"In response, Trump punched her in the head and kicked her out."

The presentation also claims a woman whose name has been redacted says Epstein introduced her to Trump saying "this is a good one, huh?", to which Trump allegedly responded, "Yes".

It's long been known that Epstein was friends with Trump before the two reportedly had a falling out, and plenty of their conversations, including gossip and comments on politics, are included in the files.

The Justice Department disclosed a spreadsheet created last August summarising calls made to law enforcement tip lines from people claiming to have some knowledge of wrongdoing by Trump.

It included a range of uncorroborated stories involving many different celebrities, and somewhat fantastical scenarios, and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the FBI fielded "hundreds of calls" about prominent individuals that were “quickly determined to not be credible”.

Commenting on the DOJ's most recent release, Trump said last weekend that he saw the documents as a vindication of his actions.“I didn’t see it myself but I was told by some very important people that not only does it absolve me, it’s the opposite of what people were hoping, you know, the radical left,” he told reporters as he flew to Florida.

Bill Clinton

Former US President Bill Clinton also has one entry under his name on the FBI presentation.

"[Redacted], not a victim in Epstein case, claimed she was invited to an orgy with Clinton but did not attend," the file says.

Like Trump, Clinton spent time with Epstein more than two decades ago, including flying occasionally on his private jet and seeing him at the White House. Clinton has denied any knowledge of Epstein's wrongdoing.A Clinton spokesperson has repeatedly said the former president cut ties with Epstein before the paedophile financier was charged with soliciting prostitution in 2006. Clinton has denied ever setting foot on Epstein's island.

None of Epstein’s victims who have gone public with their stories have publicly accused Clinton - nor Trump - of wrongdoing. Both have said they had no knowledge Epstein was abusing underage girls.

Harvey Weinstein

Disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein, who is currently in prison for separate rape and sexual assault convictions, is also mentioned in the FBI list of prominent figures related to the Epstein case.

The first claim made about him says: "[Redacted] stated she gave Weinstein a massage, during which he fondled her, masturbated" and offered to pay extra for him to perform another sexual act.

An unnamed woman says Weinstein "came to her apartment, offered her a job and then tried to follow her into the shower," according to the presentation.

In another claim about Weinstein: "[Redacted] stated Epstein told her to give Weinstein a massage, during which Weinstein tells her to take off her shirt, she refuses and then Weinstein threatens to get women to come force her too."

In a statement to ITV News, Weinstein's representatives said: "This is an unverified FBI tip, not a finding, not sworn testimony, and not evidence of anything. Mr Weinstein denies the conduct described.

"These intake documents exist precisely so anyone can call in anything — including stories that closely resemble allegations that have been in the public domain for years. The fact that a familiar-sounding narrative appears in a tip line during a high-profile document release does not make it true, tested, or corroborated."

Alan Dershowitz

Alan Dershowitz, a former Harvard Law School professor and an experienced defence lawyer whose past clients include Epstein, Weinstein and Trump, is also included in the FBI list.

The one claim made about him on the document says: "[Redacted] stated she gave him a massage onEpstein's plane. (not a minor)."
