Paramount sent an all-cash offer to Warner Bros Discovery shareholders for $108.4 billion, asking them to reject the deal with Netflix.

It is yet not known how the acquistion will affect Netflix's millions of customers and their monthly subscription costs.

The film, set to feature Leslie Grace, Michael Keaton, Brendan Fraser, and JK Simmons, had been scheduled for release in late 2022.
