December 7: Healthy banana split

There's no better way to start the day than with a good, nutritious breakfast. So what could be nicer than to start my recipe advent with one too? This is a great breakfast because you get energy from the banana and protein from the yogurt and nuts. It also feels like a treat! Enjoy with your morning beverage of choice.

Take one medium banana and peel and split lengthways. Top with a dollop of fat free Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
