Detectives have issued a renewed appeal on the 20th anniversary of his death, backed by a reward of up to £20,000 from the charity Crimestoppers.

Warning budget cuts will impact lives with charities overwhelmed helping support those in need across Northern Ireland.

The incident happened on the Agivey Road in Kilrea at around 8.40pm on Monday night.
