A government appeal against a court order to hold a public inquiry into the murder of Sean Brown has been fast-tracked with a date set for next week.

The High Court judge said there is “a clear and unambiguous obligation” on the State to carry out an investigation into Mr Brown’s death.
The Ulster University Magee Taskforce presented their action plan to Economy Minister Conor Murphy, which aims to expand the campus to 10,000 students.
