The Labour Party remains in control of Gateshead Council following this year's local elections.
The Labour Party remains in control of North Tyneside following this year's local elections.
The turnout for the local elections was 56,736 (36.7%).
Labour held all seats as well as gaining two from the Conservatives.
The new make up of the council - 51 Labour, 7 Conservatives, and 2 Liberal Democrats.
The Conservative Party remains in control of Craven District Council following this year's local elections.
Thirty seats were contested with average turnout at 41%.
