Kayleigh Haywood: Jury finds second man guilty of false imprisonment

The jury in the trial of two men accused of falsely imprisoning a 15 year old girl from Leicestershire have found Luke Harlow guilty of false imprisonment.

Kayleigh Haywood's body was found dumped in a field near Ibstock last November.

Yesterday Stephen Beadman who's admitted raping & killing Kayleigh, was also found guilty of false imprisonment.

Today the jury at Nottingham crown court took just over 8 hours to reach the same verdict against Harlow.

Kayleigh Haywood verdict: Luke Harlow had a history of grooming teenage girls

Kayleigh Haywood was the last of several teenage girls that Luke Harlow had contacted via Social Media and text, in the weeks and months leading up to Kayleigh's rape and murder.

In some of the messages he told them he would like to 'kidnap' them. He also told a 13 year old girl he would like to 'keep you forever as my naked slave.'

I just like teasing you and keeping you hostage forever. I'd keep you in my wardrobe & let you out once a day for cuddles.

In one message to Kayleigh Harlow asked 'Can we be friends with benefits?'

Harlow has admitted grooming and two counts of sexual activity with Kayleigh. He's also pleaded guilty to attempting to meet two other 15 year old girls for sexual purposes.
