Tom Hollingsworth and Miles Munro both took gold as Guernsey won seven medals on the third night of competition in the pool.
Hollingsworth claimed his fifth gold of the 2017 NatWest Island Games, winning the 200m backstroke, with Jersey's Dillon Pestana taking bronze.
Miles Munro added to his Games haul with victory in the 100m freestyle ahead of team-mate Jonathan Beck in third.
Guernsey's Ben Lowndes won silver in the first race of the night in the 100m individual medley, while the Sarnians also picked up two medals in the relays – silver in the 4x100m medley and bronze in the 4x100m freestyle.
