John Noakes found after going missing in Majorca

Former Blue Peter presenter John Noakes has been found after going missing on Majorca, his wife has confirmed to ITV News.

The 81-year-old, who has Alzheimer's disease, disappeared from his home in Andratx for several hours on the hottest day of the year so far.

Mr Noakes was very dehydrated when he was found nine hours after he went missing near to his home and was taken to hospital for checks, his wife said.
