After the founder of Shelterbox was controversially sacked from the Cornish charity, the new head says it's putting the past behind it
The founder of ShelterBox has spoken in public for the first time since he was controversially sacked from the Cornish charity.
Tom Henderson was accused by ShelterBox of trying to place an order with a firm which had links to his son, without telling the charity's board.
Mr Henderson told The West Country Tonight he'd done nothing illegal and the charity was looking for an excuse to get rid of him. He said the charity's board had tried to blacken his name in a campaign of character assassination.
