A man's been sentenced to five years in prison for infecting two women with HIV. It's the first case of its kind for more than a decade.

Simon James from Bradley Stoke in South Gloucestershire had told his two partners there was no risk of them getting the virus.

Detective Constable Ben Sullivan from Avon and Somerset Police is urging anyone who was in a relationship with Simon James to get tested for HIV.
