Police have named a man who died in a car and motorcycle crash on the A684.
48-year-old Garry Sharp, from Flookburgh, Grange-over-Sands, died after being involved in a road traffic collision on the A684 yesterday afternoon.
His motorcycle collided with a Hyundai Amica, driven by a man in his seventies, who was not injured.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision and are appealing for any witnesses to contact Cumbria Police on 101 and speak to a member of the Northern Road Policing Team.
