Stones 'will do everything we can' to help Jagger

Rolling Stones' Ronnie Wood has vowed the band "will do everything we can to help" Sir Mick Jagger after the death of his partner, the fashion designer L'Wren Scott. Jagger had said he was "still struggling to understand" her death.

Jagger denies report he recently split with L'Wren

Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger has angrily denied a report that he had recently split from the fashion designer with whom he has had a long term romance.

"The story in the New York Post re a split between Mick Jagger and L'Wren Scott is 100% untrue," said his spokeswoman, Victoria Scarfone.

The Rolling Stones have cancelled the first date of their Australian tour after news of L'Wren Scott's death.
