A van carrying a children's doctor from Suffolk who sexually abused boys in his care has arrived at Cambridge Crown Court.
Cancer specialist Myles Bradbury was remanded in custody on Friday and warned by Judge Gareth Hawkesworth that he faces a substantial prison sentence.
The court has heard how he carried out examinations on children "purely for his own sexual gratification" and with no medical justification.
His 18 victims, aged between 10 and 16, included children with haemophilia, leukaemia and other serious illnesses.
The married 41-year-old father-of-one, who worked at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, and lived in Herringswell, Suffolk, has pleaded guilty to a string of offences including sexual assault, voyeurism and possessing more than 16,000 indecent images.
Judges and lawyers involved the case of convicted paedophile Myles Bradbury say his new shorter sentence will better protect the public.
Lawyers acting for the families of the victims of a paedophile doctor say Addenbrooke's has admitted failing to protect their children.
Doctor Myles Bradbury has been jailed for 22 years for abuse - described by the judge as "the worst forms of sexual abuse imaginable".
