A pregnant woman is in hospital after she was stabbed in Belton, near Scunthorpe.
The 25-year-old woman, who was seven months pregnant, was stabbed on Ashtree Close at around 9am on Wednesday morning.
Doctors at Scunthorpe General Hospital delivered her baby which is said to be in a critical but stable condition.
The woman has been stabilised by doctors and her condition is no longer life threatening.
A 28-year-old man, reported to be known to the woman, has been arrested in connection with the assault.
