Coastguards are urging visitors to the coast not to park in or block RNLI access areas, warning that lives could be put at risk.

Kaan Ozdemir, 13, got into difficulties while swimming with friends off the Norfolk coast in the summer, and volunteers from the RNLI rescued him.
