The A30 is closed in both directions after a car hit the central reservation.
It's between the A30 Eastern Green / Jelbert Way and the B3311 Eastern Green / Branwell Lane.
The diversion is via Jelbert Way.
ROADS: Accident on A380 Telegraph Hill in Kennford
One lane is blocked on Telegraph Hill in Kennford after an accident involving two vehicles and a motorcyclist. Lane two is blocked southbound between A38 Haldon Hill and Haldon Chalets Junction.

Hazardous driving conditions due to rain and fog on A30 around Hayle.
Delays expected as A35 is closed for resurfacing
One of the busiest roads in the region is closed this week for resurfacing work.
Motorists travelling on the A35 between Axminster and Bridport face long delays and diversions for most of the day.
The road is only open between 3.30pm and 8pm. The work should be completed on Thursday.
ROADS: A3059 St Columb Minor, Cornwall
The A3059 Rialton Road is closed in both directions due to an accident involving two vehicles between the A3058 Quintrell Road and Trekenning Road.
Police are in attendance. There's no estimation as to when the road will re-open.
