Bus driver swore at mother whose baby was crying

A bus driver has been taken off driving duties after apparently swearing at a young mother because her toddler was crying. Paryss Walter says as she tried to calm her daughter down, he turned round, used the f-word and ordered them to get off the bus. Natalie Gray has the story.
